Fees

For taking an acknowledgment, for the first signature of each signer $15.00

For each additional signature of each signer $7.50

For administering an oath or affirmation without a signature $7.50

For certifying a copy $7.50

For Executing a Jurat for each signature on the affidavit $15.00

Mobile Service

Travel fee is based on location

Travel between the 6am-7pm Starting fee $15.00

Travel between 7pm-6am Starting fee $ 30.00

The notary and signer must agree to travel rate in advance, Also Note: The Notary may demand that the travel fee be payable in advance (NRS 240.100[2])

Please be advised Travel fee is separate from notarization fee

The Notary is entitled to the additional travel fee if the person requesting the notarial act cancels the request after the Notary begins to travel, or the Notary is unable to perform the notarial act as a result of the actions of the person who requested it or any other person who is necessary for the performance of the notarial act (NRS 240.100[4]).

Remote online fee $25.00 per Signature per person.
